Tantra of Sound 1:1 Mentorship with Akasha Ma Shakira Devi

 

This mentorship is a co-created container for your transformation. It requires mutual commitment, trust, and authentic engagement. Please read this agreement thoughtfully, as it outlines how we will work together and honor each other throughout this journey.

NATURE OF THE MENTORSHIP

This is a private spiritual mentorship and educational container rooted in sound healing, gong mastery, and tantric practice..

This mentorship is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or psychological care. Nothing shared in this container is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

This container is not a certification or teacher-training program.

Transformation and mastery require your active participation. I can guide, teach, and hold space, but I cannot practice for you. Results are not guaranteed.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Duration

This mentorship is offered in two containers: 6 months or 12 months, beginning from the enrollment date. Your selected container is confirmed at enrollment.

What You Receive

  • One (1) 2-hour teaching session per month

  • One (1) 1-hour integration / Q&A session per month

  • Personalized guidance through sound healing and Tantric practice

  • Practices tailored to your unique unfolding

  • Access to a private personal messaging channel with me for mentorship-related communication between sessions

    • This channel is for mentorship-related questions and integration support

    • I typically respond within two (2) to three (3) business days

    • This channel is not for crisis support or immediate responses

  • Access to a private online portal where session recordings and additional resources are stored, available for the duration of the mentorship and one year afterward.

  • Access to the collective Gong students community 

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement via my online calendar. It is your responsibility to schedule sessions in a timely manner so the monthly rhythm is honored.

You will retain access to the portal and session recordings for one (1) year after the mentorship container closes, unless access is revoked due to early termination.

Access to the personal messaging channel is provided for the duration of the mentorship and may be discontinued upon completion or early termination of the container.

INVESTMENT 

  • 6-Month Container

    • Monthly: $355/month for 6 months (total: $2,130)
    • Pay in full: $2,000 (saves $130)

    12-Month Container

    • Monthly: $355/month for 12 months (total: $4,260)
    • Pay in full: $3,996 (saves $264)

    Your selected container is confirmed at enrollment. 

    Monthly payments are provided as a payment convenience, not a month-to-month agreement

  • Choosing a monthly payment plan does not change the nature or duration of the twelve (12)-month mentorship commitment

  • Early discontinuation is subject to the cancellation terms outlined below

All payments are made in exchange for time, availability, energetic space held, and access to the mentorship container. Payment does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Your Responsibilities

  • Show up present, prepared, and engaged

  • Participate authentically with the teachings and practices

  • Apply what we explore between sessions

  • Maintain a daily personal practice

  • Communicate openly about your process
  • Take responsibility for your own healing and growth

My Responsibilities

I agree to:

  • Provide personalized teaching through sound and tantric practice
  • Hold sacred space for your transformation

  • Be fully present during sessions

  • Respond to what you bring with wisdom and care
  • Maintain confidentiality

SCHEDULING & RESCHEDULING

Sessions take place within each calendar month and must be scheduled via my online calendar. It is your responsibility to schedule sessions in a timely manner.

If either of us needs to reschedule, we aim to provide at least 48 hours notice. Repeated no-shows without communication may result in session forfeiture.

PAUSES & EXTENSIONS (LIFE HAPPENS)

Unforeseen circumstances may sometimes require a pause. Open communication is essential.

  • Monthly payments continue during pauses to hold your place

  • Sessions resume when you are ready

  • The mentorship timeline extends by the length of the pause

Pauses are typically limited to one (1) to two (2) months. Longer pauses require discussion and approval. I retain discretion in determining what maintains the integrity of the container.

Due to rescheduling and life circumstances, the mentorship may extend beyond twelve (12) months. The total container will not extend beyond three (3) additional months past the original term.

CANCELLATION & EARLY EXIT

This is a committed container, not a month-to-month arrangement. Monthly payments are offered as a payment convenience. If you wish to discontinue the mentorship, direct communication is required and a three (3)-month minimum commitment applies. Early discontinuation before the 3-month mark is not available.

Paid in Full

  • Thirty (30) days written notice required

  • Refunds for unused months are prorated minus a three (3)-month minimum commitment and any transaction or processing fees

  • No refunds for sessions already received

  • Access to recordings and portal materials may be revoked at my discretion

Monthly Payment Plan

  • Thirty (30) days written notice required

  • Monthly payment plans require a three (3)-month minimum commitment

  • After the minimum commitment is met, future payments stop thirty (30) days after written notice

  • No refunds for sessions already paid or received.

  • Access to recordings and portal materials may be revoked at my discretion

To discontinue, email [email protected] with your intended final session date. A closing session may be scheduled to honor the container.

CONFIDENTIALITY & SACRED SPACE

All personal material shared within sessions is held in confidence. I ask the same discretion and respect from you regarding this work and container.

USE OF TEACHINGS & AUTHORIZATION

This mentorship supports your development as a sound healing practitioner and your ability to facilitate gong and sound healing sessions for others.

It does not authorize you to teach my method, framework, or approach to others, nor to represent yourself as trained or certified teacher.

If you feel called to teach sound healing as a method or transmit these teachings to students of your own, that requires further training and committed apprenticeship. We can discuss appropriate pathways if that calling arises.

RESPONSIBILITY & DISCLAIMER

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and integration

  • This mentorship does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic care

  • You participate voluntarily and with discernment

YOUR AGREEMENT

By enrolling, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood this agreement

  • Are entering a private spiritual mentorship, not therapy or medical care

  • Accept responsibility for your own healing and practice

  • Understand that results are not guaranteed

  • Commit to engaging with sincerity, integrity, and respect

  • Honor the sacred nature of this container
