11. Sales, Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payment Terms: All purchases must be paid in full unless a payment plan is explicitly offered in writing. Pricing and availability are subject to change.
Refund Policy:
Digital Products (Courses, Programs, Memberships):
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content
- After 7 days or if more than 20% accessed, all sales are final

Retreats, Events & In-Person Offerings:
- Cancellations more than 30 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit toward a future offering
- Cancellations 15-30 days before: 25% refund or 75% credit toward a future offering
- Cancellations less than 15 days before: No refund, but 50% credit toward a future offering
- No-shows: No refund or credit
One-on-One Sessions & Mentorship:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule
- Cancellations within 48 hours: Session fee is forfeited
- No-shows: Session fee is forfeited
Company Cancellations: If we must cancel an event, retreat, or session, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future offering of equal value.
Results Disclaimer: The Company does not guarantee specific results from participation in any program, retreat, session, mentorship, or offering. Individual results vary.
12. Reverse Engineering & Security
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to modify the Website's code
- Interfere with Website security features
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Website or user accounts
13. Data Loss
The Company is not responsible for loss of data related to your use of the Website. You are responsible for backing up your information.
14. Indemnification

Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes in good faith through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
23. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
24. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the Website and Services.
