Dakini Garden Retreat Cancellation Policy
This retreat requires careful planning and advance commitments. Please review the cancellation policy thoroughly before registering and consider purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
Registration & Payment
You may register with either:
- Full payment of $695, or
- Three-payment plan (all payments must be completed 45 days before the retreat date)
Cancellation Policy
Refunds and credits are calculated based on payments received to date, according to the following schedule:
More than 30 days before the retreat:
- 50% refund of payments received (minus 3.5% processing fee), OR
- 100% credit toward any Living Tantra offering, to be used within 6 months from the original retreat date
15-30 days before the retreat:
- No refund available
- 50% credit toward any Living Tantra offering, to be used within 6 months from the original retreat date
Less than 15 days before the retreat:
- No refund or credit available
No-shows:
- No refund or credit available
Important Notes
No partial refunds or discounts will be given for arriving late, leaving early, or missing portions of the retreat due to flight cancellations, travel delays, illness, or any other reason.
Credits expire 6 months from the original retreat date and cannot be extended. Unused credits will be forfeited.
Transfer option: You may transfer your spot to another participant with 30+ days notice and a $50 administrative fee.
Retreat Cancellation by Portals of Akasha
In the unlikely event that Portals of Akasha must cancel the retreat due to low enrollment, instructor availability, force majeure, or any other reason, participants will receive either a full refund or credit toward a future retreat. Portals of Akasha is not responsible for non-refundable travel expenses including airline tickets, accommodations, or other related costs.
Your Responsibility
Portals of Akasha cannot be held responsible for personal expenses such as airline tickets, accommodations, or travel arrangements affected by your cancellation, changes in retreat itinerary, or retreat cancellation. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
By registering for this retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this cancellation policy in its entirety.
